Előfordulhat, hogy az adott fóliázó gépen, nem az elvárás szerint teljesít a kiválasztott típus ami persze nem feltétlenül jelenti azt, hogy a fólia vagy a gép rossz lenne. Jó, ha több lehetőség közül választunk, hiszen így összehasonlítási alapunk lesz a teszt során, és jobban átlátjuk, mire is van szükségünk.
Sokszor még az azonos paraméterű stretch-fóliák sem ugyanúgy teljesítenek, hiszen az egyes gyártók, illetve egyes típusaik között a fóliák összetétele eltérő lehet. Előfordulhat, hogy bár az adatlapok szinte azonos paramétereket mutatnak (pl. előnyújthatóság), az adott gép és csomagolandó termék függvényében a fólia felhasználás mégis eltérő. Ennek számos oka lehet, pl. a fólia felületének csúszóssága, összetétele, tekercselési minősége. Ebből eredően akár 10-15%-os többlet költség is mutatkozhat az egyes rakatok csomagolásakor, amely éves szinten igen jelentős többletet okozhat!
Érdemes csomagolástechnológus segítségét kérni hiszen ő a teljes folyamatot el tudja végezni, ráadásul teljes képet tud adni az optimális fóliáról / fóliafelhasználásról és szükség esetén a gép beállításáról. Tapasztalatából és termékismeretéből kifolyólag gyors választ tud adni a felmerülő kérdésekre / kérésekre a teszt ideje alatt, ami kb. nem több egy óránál, cserébe azonban garantált az kedvező eredmény, így pénzt, időt és csomagolóanyagot tud megspórolni.

It is good to choose from several options, as this will give us a basis for comparison during the test and we will have a better understanding of what we need.
Even stretch films with the same parameters often do not perform the same way, as the composition of the films may differ between individual manufacturers and their types. It may happen that although the data sheets show almost the same parameters (e.g. pre-stretchability), the film usage is still different depending on the given machine and the product to be packaged. There can be several reasons for this, e.g. the slipperiness of the film surface, its composition, and the quality of the winding. As a result, there may be an additional cost of up to 10-15% when packaging individual packages, which can cause a very significant annual surplus!
