Melyik fóliakocsi a legjobb választás?

Stretch-fóliázó gép vásárlása esetén számos szempontot kell figyelembe venni a megfelelő típus kiválasztásához. Tekintettel kell lenni a csomagolandó termék tulajdonságaira (súly, méret, stabilitás), a csomagolási terület adottságaira (beltér vagy kültér, hőmérséklet, padló minősége), illetve szintén számba kell venni, hogyan tudjuk azt a lehető legjobban beilleszteni munkafolyamatainkba.

When purchasing a stretch wrapping machine, there are several factors to consider when choosing the right type. You need to consider the characteristics of the product to be packaged (weight, size, stability), the characteristics of the packaging area (indoors or outdoors, temperature, floor quality), and how best to integrate it into your workflow.

Miért olyan fontos a fóliakocsi kiválasztása?

Van azonban egy másik tényező is, amelyről szintén nem szabad megfeledkezni: ez pedig nem más, mint a fóliázógépekkel elérhető költségcsökkentés, vagyis a felhasznált fólia mennyiségének csökkentése.

Azzal ugyanis, hogy gépesítünk, nemcsak munkaidőt, energiát tudunk megtakarítani, hanem pénzt is tudunk spórolni, köszönhetően a pontos és kiszámítható fólia felhasználásnak. A megfelelő fóliakocsi kiválasztásával pedig termékeink nemcsak a lehető legjobb minőségben lesznek becsomagolva, hanem mindezt a lehető legköltséghatékonyabban érhetjük el.

És most nézzük, milyen lehetőségeink vannak, amikor a fóliakocsik közül kell választanunk.

Fóliakocsi típusok

Összességében négy típusból tudunk választani: FM, FE, PRS és PS. De mit is jelentenek ezek pontosan?

FM típusú fóliakocsi

Belépő modell, mechanikus fékkel (kézi fékező a fóliakocsin). Itt mindössze csak a fólia „feszességét” tudjuk állítani, vagyis azt a paramétert, ami a raklap stabilitására van hatással. Ebben az esetben a stretch-fólia az eredeti vastagságban kerül fel a rakatra. Hátránya, hogy mivel egy kézzel állítható karral tudjuk a feszességet állítani, az könnyen elállítható, illetve ebből adódóan a kiszámíthatóság sem biztosított.

FE típusú fóliakocsi

Szintén belépő modell, de az FM típustól eltérően, itt már egy elektromágneses fék biztosítja a fólia feszességét. Ennek köszönhetően – bár a fólia még mindig az eredeti vastagságban kerül fel a rakatra – a csomagolás minőségének kiszámíthatósága már stabilabb, hiszen itt egy pontos értékre tudjuk beállítani a feszítést.

PRS típusú fóliakocsi

A legmegbízhatóbb modell. A fix fogaskerekes megoldásnak köszönhetően a megtakarítás garantált. A korábbiakkal ellentétben a feszítés mértéke az érintőképernyőről állítható, az előnyújtás mértékét pedig a kiválasztott fogaskerék határozza meg. A fóliázó kocsihoz 3 fogaskerék jár, melyeknek köszönhetően akár 200%-os fix előnyújtással is tudunk dolgozni, de lehetőség van opcióként a 270%-os előnyújtás elérésére is. Ez azt jelenti, hogy egy méter fóliából 3,7m-t tudunk kihozni.

Óriási előnye, hogy a fogaskerekes megoldásnak köszönhetően, az előnyújtás mértéke minden esetben állandó lesz, vagyis független az egyes műszakoktól, a kezelő szakértelmétől, az időjárástól, vagyis minden külső tényezőtől. A PRS kocsinak köszönhetően akár 60%-os megtakarítás is elérhető a csomagolási költségeket tekintve. További előnye még, hogy kialakításának köszönhetően rendkívül gyorsan (kb. <30mp) tudunk fóliát cserélni, ha új tekercsre van szükség.

PS típusú fóliakocsi

A megtakarítás, a kiszámíthatóság a gyors fólia befűzés ebben esetben is biztosított, akárcsak a PRS típusú fóliakocsinál. Az egyetlen különbség a PRS fóliakocsihoz képest, hogy az előnyújtás mértéke itt fokozatmentesen állítható az érintőképernyőről. A kényelem ára viszont, hogy a költségeinkre leginkább ható előnyújtás könnyedén, pár gombnyomással elállítható, így az előre eltervezett megtakarítási célunk veszélybe kerülhet!

 

Mindezek alapján jól látszik, miért is olyan fontos a megfelelő fóliakocsi kiválasztása. Helyes döntés esetén, a teljes gép vételárát akár már három hónapon belül is visszanyerhetjük! Ugyanakkor, soha nem szabad megfeledkezni arról, hogy az optimális csomagolást csak akkor érhetjük el, ha nemcsak megfelelő gépet választottunk megfelelő fóliakocsival, hanem a megfelelő fóliát is használjuk.

However, there is another factor that should not be forgotten: this is none other than the cost reductions achieved with foil wrapping machines, i.e. the reduction in the amount of foil used.

Foil trolley types

In total, we can choose from four types: FM, FE, PRS and PS. But what do these mean exactly?

FM type foil trolley

Entry model, mechanical with brake (manual brake on the film trolley). Here we can only adjust the „tension” of the film, that is, the parameter that affects the stability of the pallet. In this case, the stretch film is placed on the pallet in its original thickness. The disadvantage is that since the tension can be adjusted with a hand-adjustable lever, it is easy to adjust, and therefore predictability is not ensured.

FE type film trolley

Also an entry-level model, but unlike the FM type, an electromagnetic brake ensures the tension of the film. Thanks to this – although the film is still placed on the stack in its original thickness – the predictability of the packaging quality is now more stable, since here we can set the tension to an exact value.

PRS type film trolley

The most reliable model. Thanks to the fixed gear solution, savings are guaranteed. Unlike before, the tension level can be adjusted from the touch screen, and the pre-stretch level is determined by the selected gear. The film wrapping trolley comes with 3 gears, thanks to which we can work with a fixed pre-stretch of up to 200%, but there is also the option of achieving a pre-stretch of 270%. This means that we can get 3.7m out of one meter of film.

The huge advantage is that thanks to the gear solution, the degree of pre-stretching will always be constant, i.e. independent of the individual shifts, the operator’s expertise, the weather, i.e. all external factors. Thanks to the PRS trolley, savings of up to 60% can be achieved in terms of packaging costs. Another advantage is that thanks to its design, we can change the film extremely quickly (approx. <30 sec) if a new roll is needed.

PS type film trolley

Savings, predictability and fast film threading are also ensured in this case, just like with the PRS type film trolley. The only difference compared to the PRS film trolley is that the degree of pre-stretching can be adjusted continuously from the touch screen. The price of convenience, however, is that the pre-stretching that has the greatest impact on our costs can be easily adjusted with a few button presses, so our pre-planned savings goal may be jeopardized!

 

Based on all this, it is clear why choosing the right film trolley is so important. If you make the right decision, you can recover the purchase price of the entire machine within three months! At the same time, we must never forget that optimal packaging can only be achieved if we have not only chosen the right machine with the right film trolley, but also use the right film.
