2017 nyarán keresett meg bennünket a világ egyik legnagyobb logisztika cégének magyarországi leányvállalata azzal, hogy segítsünk megoldást találni a munkaerőhiány miatt keletkező problémájára. A munkaerőhiány nagy mértékben érinti a logisztikai szektort, jelentős a külföldre vándorlás, a szektortársak versenyeznek az itthon maradt dolgozókért. Emiatt jelentősen növekednek a bérek és a szolgálatás folyamatosságát is veszélyeztetheti az, hogy nehéz pótolni a kieső munkavállalókat.
Megoldási javaslatunk szerint Sfera Easy PRS fóliázó robotokat vásároltak. Ezeket a robotokat a munkavállaló a csomagolandó rakathoz viszi, majd innentől a robot automatikusan tekeri a stretch-fóliát az adott rakat köré úgy, hogy közben még 200%-ban előnyújtja azt. A 200%-s előnyújtás azt jelenti, hogy 1m fóliából 3m hosszú fóliát nyújt le úgy, hogy a fólia szélessége még nem változik. Ezek után tovább feszíti a fóliát (ekkor már csökken a fólia szélessége), hogy a rakat kellő tartását biztosítani tudja a fólia.
Ez a folyamat kézzel nem végezhető el, így a robot használatával további előnyhöz jutott ügyfelünk. Az első három hónap mérései alapján a stretch-fólia felhasználás 75%-kal csökkent! A csomagolóanyag költségének csökkenésével a robotok értéke 3 hónap alatt térült meg ügyfelünknek.
A magyar sikerre a multinacionális vállalatcsoport többi tagja is felfigyelt, így jelenleg közel 100 másik európai raktárban állítják át a fóliázást a magyar minta szerint.

In the summer of 2017, the Hungarian subsidiary of one of the world’s largest logistics companies approached us to help find a solution to their problem caused by the labor shortage. The labor shortage greatly affects the logistics sector, there is significant migration abroad, and fellow sector members are competing for the workers who remain at home. As a result, wages are increasing significantly and the continuity of service may also be jeopardized by the difficulty of replacing the employees who are lost.
According to our solution proposal, Sfera Easy PRS wrapping robots were purchased. The employee takes these robots to the stack to be wrapped, and from there the robot automatically wraps the stretch film around the given stack, stretching it 200% in the process. 200% pre-stretching means that a 3m long film is stretched from 1m of film without changing the width of the film. After this, the film is further stretched (at this point the width of the film is reduced) so that the film can provide sufficient support for the stack.
This process cannot be done manually, so our customer gained an additional advantage by using the robot. Based on the measurements of the first three months, stretch film usage decreased by 75%! With the reduction in packaging costs, the value of the robots paid for itself in 3 months for our client.
The Hungarian success was also noticed by other members of the multinational group of companies, so nearly 100 other European warehouses are currently converting their film wrapping according to the Hungarian model.
We are proud to have been able to participate in this project and to play a role in how one of the world’s largest logistics companies is reducing the environmental burden of packaging to such a large extent.
