Fenntarthatósági programunk FÖLD napján indult útjára

Örömmel jelenthetjük be, hogy a Manupackaging újabb mérföldkőhöz ért, amikor stratégiai partnerségre lépett a Polymateriával.

We are pleased to announce that Manupackaging has reached another milestone by entering into a strategic partnership with Polymateria.

Eltökélt szándékunk, hogy csökkentsük a stretch-fóliázásból és a zsugorfóliázásból származó hulladékot, ezért a FÖLD napján elindítottuk Fenntarthatósági programunkat. 

Kezdésként cégünk családbarát faültetési programot szervezett a budapesti Péterhalmi erdőben. A munkatársakat arra bátorítottuk, hogy hozzák el gyermekeiket és partnereiket is, hogy egy közös, természetközeli, önkéntes élmény részesei lehessenek.

Az esemény során résztvevőink szimbolikusan bálványfát ültettek el, a faültetés szimbolikus jelentőségét és a fenntarthatóság fontosságát hangsúlyozva.

Programunk 3 pillére:

  1. REDUCE
    Innovatív technológiáinknak köszönhetően, kevesebb fólia felhasználás mellett nagyobb tartóerőt tudjunk biztosítani és ezáltal jobb rakatstabilitást érjünk el. Átlag 50-70%-al tudjuk csökkenteni ügyfeleinknél a fólia felhasználást.

    Csomagolástechnikai auditunk során javaslatot teszünk a stretch-fólia és/vagy a zsugorfólia felhasználás drasztikus csökkentésére. https://manupackaging.hu/audit/ 
  2. RECYCLE
    Visszaforgatás, újrahasznosítás
    Manunature RR, Manusrhink RR és Manucover RR fóliánk minimum 30% PCR (Post Commercial Recycled, azaz egyszer már csomagolásra használt) alapanyagot tartalmaznak újrahasznosítva.
  3. REDESGIN
    A körforgásos gazdaság elvei alapján újratervezett termékeink
    Manunature BB: 50% Bio-LLDPE alapanyagot tartalmaz, minden egyes kg-mal fél kg CO2-t vonunk ki a környezetből
    Manunature BD: ipari felhasználás után visszaforgatható, de ha mégis a környezetbe kerül ott mikroszemcsés műanyag keletkezése nélkül lebomlik.

2023. Április 22. és Október 22. között a Péterhalmi erdőben az Ön cége nevében fát ültetünk el, minden tonna fólia után 1 fát.

We are determined to reduce waste from stretch wrapping and shrink wrapping, so we launched our Sustainability Program on Earth Day.

To start with, our company organized a family-friendly tree planting program in the Péterhalmi Forest in Budapest. We encouraged employees to bring their children and partners to be part of a shared, close-to-nature, volunteer experience.

During the event, our participants symbolically planted an idol tree, emphasizing the symbolic significance of tree planting and the importance of sustainability.

3 pillars of our program:

  1. REDUCE
    Thanks to our innovative technologies, we can provide greater holding power while using less film and thus achieve better stack stability. We can reduce the film usage of our customers by an average of 50-70%.

    During our packaging technology audit, we make recommendations for a drastic reduction in the use of stretch film and/or shrink film. https://manupackaging.hu/audit/ 
  2. RECYCLE
    Recycling, recycling
    Our Manunature RR, Manusrhink RR and Manucover RR films contain a minimum of 30% PCR (Post Commercial Recycled, i.e. once used for packaging) recycled material.
  3. REDESGIN
    Our products redesigned based on the principles of the circular economy
    Manunature BB: contains 50% Bio-LLDPE raw material, with each kg we remove half a kg of CO2 from the environment
    Manunature BD: can be recycled after industrial use, but if it does end up in the environment, it will decompose without creating micro-particle plastic.

Between April 22 and October 22, 2023, we will plant a tree in the Péterhalmi forest on behalf of your company, 1 tree for every ton of foil.
