Július 1-jétől hazánkban is alkalmazni kell a kiterjesztett gyártói felelősségi rendszer, angolul „extended producers responsibility”, vagyis röviden EPR szabályait.

Bevezetés:

Július 1-jétől Magyarországon is életbe lép az EPR (kiterjesztett gyártói felelősségi rendszer), amelynek célja, hogy a gyártók és az első belföldi forgalmazók pénzügyi felelősséget vállaljanak a termékeik után keletkező hulladék kezeléséért. Az EPR rendszer a körforgásos gazdaság elveit támogatva arra ösztönzi a csomagolóanyag felhasználókat, hogy vállalják a hulladék begyűjtésének és ártalmatlanításának költségeit.

A kiterjesztett gyártói felelősség rendszere:

Az EPR rendszer lényege, hogy a gyártók és az első belföldi forgalmazók felelősséget vállalnak termékeik teljes életciklusáért, ideértve a hulladékkezelést is.

Tények:

Eddig a műanyag csomagolás /M01 díjkód/ után 57-Ft termékdíjat kellett megfizetni, de július 1-től 219 Ft/kg EPR díj fogja terhelni, ami még inkább előtérbe helyezi az anyagcsökkentést. Így 162 Ft-al kell többet fizetni Ft/kg-ként a műanyag csomagolások után mint eddig.

From July 1st, the rules of the extended producer responsibility system, or EPR for short, must be applied in our country.

The essence of the EPR system is that manufacturers and first domestic distributors assume responsibility for the entire life cycle of their products, including waste management.

Facts:

Until now, a 57-HUF product fee had to be paid for plastic packaging /M01 fee code/, but from July 1, an EPR fee of 219 HUF/kg will be charged, which puts material reduction even more at the forefront. This means that you will have to pay HUF 162 more per kg for plastic packaging than before.
