A különböző újrahasznosítható és lebomló fóliák térhódítása előtt kezdtük el úgy optimalizálni csomagológépeinket, hogy két fontos paraméternek megfeleljenek.
Kevesebb fólia felhasználás mellett nagyobb tartóerőt biztosítsanak és ezáltal jobb rakatstabilitást érjünk el.

Csomagológépek fejlesztésének eredménye:

Mi sem vártunk ilyen eredményt, de olyan sikeres lett a technológia fejlesztése, hogy mára büszkén állítjuk, hogy átlag 50-70%-al csökkentjük a fóliafelhasználást partnereinknél. Ezzel a Fenntarthatósági programunk első lépését meg is tettük.
Magyarországon átlag 2000 tonna fóliát spórolunk meg ügyfeleinknek ezzel csökkentve a hulladék mennyiségét.

Before the rise of various recyclable and biodegradable films, we started optimizing our packaging machines to meet two important parameters.
They should provide greater holding power while using less film and thus achieve better stack stability.

Result of packaging machine development:

We did not expect such a result, but the development of the technology has been so successful that we are now proud to say that we reduce film use by an average of 50-70% at our partners. With this, we have taken the first step in our Sustainability Program.
In Hungary, we save an average of 2,000 tons of foil for our customers, thus reducing the amount of waste.
