Az eredményeinket nem mindig lehet számokban (vagy csak számokban) mérni, ugyanis partnereinkkel való együttműködéseink sokszor az anyag- és költségmegtakarításon kívül a rendelkezésre álló hely és munkaerő hatékonyabb, gördülékenyebb kihasználását célozzák. Ez volt a legfőbb szempont a következő két példánk esetében is, amelyek során a gyűjtőcsomagolási folyamat egyik kulcsfontosságú részét automatizáltuk: a papírdobozok felállítását és/vagy lezárását.

Ezek közül az első, kisebb volumenű megbízásunkat az egyik országos pékségtől kaptuk, amely mindkét telephelyén túlnőtte magát, mind az emberi, mind a térbeli kapacitások tekintetében. A helyszínen a termékek lesokkolt fagyasztott állapotban kerülnek bedobozolásra, majd a raklapra, ami mindaddig teljes mértékben kézi munkaerővel történt: vagyis a lapjára hajtogatott dobozokat a dolgozók először felállították, leragasztották az alját, megtöltötték, majd a tetejét is leragasztották.

Ez azonban természetesen nagyon sok időt vett igénybe, és mivel kevés hely is állt rendelkezésre, nagyon nehézkesen zajlott a munkafolyamat ezen része. A nagyjából félszobányi helyre kellett egy olyan megoldást találnunk, amely felgyorsítja a munkát, és emberi munkaerőt is felszabadít. Egy dobozzáró gépet javasoltunk, amely ezen a szűkös helyen is elfér, és rendkívül sok időt takarít meg, hiszen alulról és felülről is lezárja a dobozokat, így a dolgozóknak csak a doboz felállításával és megtöltésével kell foglalkozniuk, mielőtt a raklapra helyeznék azt.

Még tovább ment gabonapelyheket gyártó partnerünk, aki kicsit több hellyel gazdálkodhatott a telephelyén, így a dobozzáráson kívül a dobozok felállítását is automatizálta. Azelőtt mindezt itt is manuálisan végezték a dolgozók, és ez esetben is az idő és a munkaerőkapacitás hatékonyabb kihasználása volt a legfőbb célunk.

Ezt pedig egy teljesen automata gépsorral oldottuk meg, amely elsőként felállítja a lapra hajtogatott dobozt, majd leragasztja alul, egy conveyor pálya segítségével eljuttatja egy 2 méter hosszú betöltő szakaszhoz, a megtöltött dobozt felül is leragasztja. és végül a raklapra helyezi azt. A dolgozóknak így valóban nem maradt más feladatuk, mint betölteni a gépbe a lapra hajtogatott dobozokat, majd a kész, teli dobozokkal megpakolt raklapokat a stretch-fóliázó állomáshoz tolni.

Bár az idő- és munkaerő-megtakarítást nem könnyű konkrét számokkal ábrázolni, a befektetés sikerességét bizonyítja, hogy partnerünk nem sokkal később még egyet rendelt tőlünk ugyanebből a gépsorból, és jelenleg egy harmadik megvásárlását tervezi. Ezen kívül a gyűjtőcsomagolás automatizálása oly mértékben szabadított fel emberi munkaerőt, hogy több embert is át tudtak szervezni egyéb feladatkörökre, még hatékonyabbá téve az egész telephelyen zajló munkát.

Our results cannot always be measured in numbers (or only in numbers), as our collaborations with our partners often aim to make more efficient and smoother use of available space and labor, in addition to saving materials and costs. This was also the main consideration in the case of our next two examples, in which we automated a key part of the multipackaging process: the setting up and/or closing of paper boxes.

Our first, smaller-volume order came from a national bakery, which both has outgrown its site, both in terms of human and spatial capacities. On site, the products are packed in a shock-frozen state and then put on the pallet, which up until then was done entirely by manual labor: that is, the workers first set up the boxes folded on their sides, glued the bottom, filled them, and then glued the top.

However, this naturally took a lot of time, and since there was little space available, this part of the work process was very difficult. In the space of about half a room, we had to find a solution that would speed up the work and free up human labor. We proposed a box sealing machine that would fit in this tight space and save a lot of time, as it seals the boxes from both the bottom and the top, so the workers only have to deal with setting up and filling the box before placing it on the pallet.

Our cereal producer partner went even further, as he had a little more space at his site, so in addition to box sealing, he also automated the setting up of the boxes. Before, all this was done manually by the workers, and in this case, our main goal was to make more efficient use of time and labor capacity.

We solved this with a fully automatic line that first sets up the box folded on the sheet, then glues it at the bottom, uses a conveyor track to deliver it to a 2-meter-long loading section, glues the filled box at the top, and finally places it on the pallet. The workers were left with no other task than to load the flat-folded boxes into the machine and then push the finished, full pallets of boxes to the stretch-wrapping station.

Although it is not easy to illustrate the time and labor savings with concrete numbers, the success of the investment is proven by the fact that our partner ordered another one from the same line from us shortly afterwards and is currently planning to purchase a third one. In addition, the automation of bulk packaging has freed up human labor to such an extent that more people have been able to be reorganized to other tasks, making the work taking place throughout the site even more efficient.
