Kevesebb fóliával: gyorsabban és erősebben

With less foil: faster and stronger

It feels good to introduce our partners to our foiling processes, because in each case it becomes clear how much the company can save on its costs and how much less plastic foil they have to use in their daily work. When it was proven at the company producing feed and dog food that 72% savings could be achieved with our method and machine, the company manager did not hesitate and immediately ordered two machines.

Partnerünknél, egy malomban, problémát okozott a régi fóliázógépük megbízhatatlan működése, továbbá a fóliamennyiség felhasználását csökkenteni kívánták, ezért fordultak hozzánk.

Javaslat és teszt:

A teszt előtt megállapítottuk, hogy a régi géppel egy raklaphoz 300 gramm fóliát használtak fel, a gép 180%-os előnyújtásra volt képes, ezzel pedig 8 kg-os tartóerőt értek el. A tesztelés során kiderült, hogy az új, fix előnyújtós Synthesi géppel jelentősen lehet az eredményeken javítani: a fóliafelhasználás lecsökkent raklaponként 180 grammra, a fix 250%-os előnyújtással 13 kg-os oldaltartást tudtunk elérni, és ez még nem minden! Az új géppel a csomagolás ideje is rövidebbé vált.

Eredmény:

És hogy mit jelent ez a költségekben? A malomban napi 150 raklapot csomagolnak, szinte az év minden napján, vagyis az új géppel évente kb. 5,4 tonna fóliával kevesebb fogy, pénzben kifejezve pedig kb. 4 500 000 Ft-ot spórolnak a költségeken.

Our partner, a mill, was having problems with the unreliable operation of their old foil wrapping machine, and they wanted to reduce the amount of foil used, so they turned to us.

Suggestion and test:

Before the test, we determined that the old machine used 300 grams of foil per pallet, the machine was capable of 180% pre-stretching, and thus achieved a holding force of 8 kg.

During the testing, it turned out that the new, fixed pre-stretching Synthesi machine can significantly improve the results: the film consumption was reduced to 180 grams per pallet, with the fixed 250% pre-stretching we were able to achieve a side support of 13 kg, and that’s not all! With the new machine, the packaging time has also become shorter.

Result:

And what does this mean in terms of costs? The mill packages 150 pallets per day, almost every day of the year, so with the new machine, approx. 5.4 tons of film are consumed less per year, and in monetary terms, approx. 4,500,000 HUF are saved on costs.
