Megbízás:

Partnerünk a fóliafelhasználás optimalizációjával és az EPR díj csökkentésével bízott meg minket. Tesztünk előtt raklaponként 160 gramm fóliát használtak csomagolásra.

Javaslat és teszt:

A teszt alapján kiderült, hogy 119 gramm fóliával is le lehet csomagolni az azonos raklapot, ez azonnal 25%-os megtakarítást jelentett. A teszt extra eredménye lett az is, hogy a rakatbiztonság szintén nőtt a Manupackaging fóliák alkalmazásával!

Eredmény:

Nemcsak a fóliafelhasználás és annak költsége csökkent jelentősen, de a befizetendő EPR díj összege is kevesebb lett, partnerünk legnagyobb örömére szintén 25%-kal, így mindkét kitűzött célt sikeresen teljesítettük.

Assignment:

Our partner assigned us to optimize the use of foil and reduce the EPR fee. Before our test, 160 grams of foil was used for packaging per pallet.

Suggestion and test:

Based on the test, it turned out that the same pallet could be wrapped with 119 grams of foil, which immediately meant a 25% saving. An extra result of the test was that the pallet safety also increased with the use of Manupackaging foils!

Result:

Not only did the film usage and its cost decrease significantly, but the amount of the EPR fee to be paid also decreased, to the great delight of our partner, by 25%, so we successfully achieved both set goals.
