Ennyit számít a szakszerű eljárás

This is how much professional procedure matters

It feels good to introduce our partners to our foiling processes, because in each case it becomes clear how much the company can save on its costs and how much less plastic foil they have to use in their daily work. When it was proven at the company producing feed and dog food that 72% savings could be achieved with our method and machine, the company manager did not hesitate and immediately ordered two machines.

Ügyfelünknél a strechfóliázó gép lehetőségeit nem tudták teljes mértékben kihasználni, azért kerestek meg minket, hogy tudunk-e ezen javítani. Természetesen anyag- és költségcsökkentést is reméltek a változtatástól.

Megbízás:

A problémát az olcsó, 17 mikronos fólia okozta, amelyet nem szakszerűen használtak, mert nem volt befűzve az előnyújtó egységbe. Mivel a gép 180%-os előnyújtással dolgozik, ez a típusú fólia szakadt, ezért inkább nem használtak előnyújtást. A tesztünk előtt raklaponként 500 gramm fóliára volt szükségük a csomagoláshoz, a napi 30 raklappal számolva ez 15 kg fóliát jelentett, vagyis havi 450 kg csomagolóanyagot használtak fel.

Teszt:

A teszt során feltettük a gépre az ATHS 15 fóliánkat, és szakszerűen befűztük az előnyújtóba. Mindössze ennyi változtatásra volt szükség! A stretch-fóliázó gépen nem állítottunk, csak annak rendje és módja szerint fűztük be a jó minőségű fóliát.

Eredmény:

Eljárásunkkal a cég 500 gramm helyett 200 gramm fóliát használ fel egy raklap csomagolásakor. Ezzel havi 270 kg-ot takarítanak meg, vagyis évente 3,24 tonna fóliával kevesebbet használnak fel a csomagoláskor, amely 40%-os fóliamegtakarítást jelent.

Our client was not able to fully utilize the capabilities of their stretch wrapping machine, so they contacted us to see if we could improve this. Of course, they also hoped to reduce material and cost from the change.

Order:

The problem was caused by the cheap, 17-micron film, which was not used professionally because it was not threaded into the pre-stretching unit. Since the machine works with 180% pre-stretching, this type of film broke, so they preferred not to use pre-stretching.
Before our test, they needed 500 grams of film per pallet for packaging, which, considering 30 pallets per day, meant 15 kg of film, meaning they used 450 kg of packaging material per month.

Test:

During the test, we loaded our ATHS 15 film onto the machine and professionally threaded it into the pre-stretcher. That’s all the changes needed! We didn’t adjust the stretch-wrapping machine, we just threaded the high-quality film according to its rules and regulations.

Result:

With our method, the company uses 200 grams of film instead of 500 grams when wrapping a pallet. This saves 270 kg per month, meaning 3.24 tons less foil is used per year in packaging, which means a 40% foil saving.
