Partnerünknél, egy élelmiszeripari nagykernél a kézi fóliás csomagolásukra kerestek gazdaságosabb módszert. A teszt során bebizonyosodott, hogy nemcsak a gépi csomagolásnál lehet egy apró módosítással nagyszerű eredményeket elérni, csak ismerni kell az okos megoldást.

Javaslat és teszt:

A cég a tesztelés előtt 2 kg-os, 23 mikronos kézi fóliát használt, amelyből 1,2 kg a fólia és 0,8 kg a cséve. Mi egy gazdaságosabb eljárást ajánlottunk a cégnek: álljanak át a 3 kg-os, 23 mikronos kézi fóliára, amely 2,65 kg fólia és 0,35 kg cséve. Igaz, hogy ezzel a felhasználásuk nem csökken, de 20%-os költségmegtakarítást érnek el, mert az általunk ajánlott fólia méterára olcsóbb.

Eredmény:

A teszt nagy tanulsága, hogy a kézi fóliák esetében nem a tekercsárat érdemes nézni, hanem a nettó fóliasúlyt kell elosztani a tekercs árával. Azaz egy apró módosítással, egy okos megoldással is elérhető költségcsökkentés.

Our partner, a food wholesaler, was looking for a more economical method for their manual foil packaging. The test proved that great results can be achieved not only with machine packaging with a small modification, you just need to know the smart solution.

Suggestion and test:

Before the test, the company used 2 kg, 23 micron manual foil, of which 1.2 kg was the foil and 0.8 kg was the reel.
We recommended a more economical method to the company: switch to 3 kg, 23 micron hand-held film, which is 2.65 kg of film and 0.35 kg of reel. It is true that this does not reduce their usage, but they achieve a 20% cost saving, because the film we recommend is cheaper per meter.

Result:

The big lesson of the test is that in the case of hand-held films, it is not worth looking at the roll price, but at the net film weight divided by the roll price. In other words, cost reduction can be achieved with a small modification, a smart solution.
