It feels good to introduce our partners to our foiling processes, because in each case it becomes clear how much the company can save on its costs and how much less plastic foil they have to use in their daily work. When it was proven at the company producing feed and dog food that 72% savings could be achieved with our method and machine, the company manager did not hesitate and immediately ordered two machines.

Partnerünk a teszttől azt várta, hogy kevesebb fóliával és horpadásmentesen is meg tudják oldani a dobozok csomagolását. A teszt előtt 17 my-os, 250%-os fóliával csomagoltak, raklaponként 280 grammot használtak fel ebből, ami napi 100 raklappal számolva napi szinten 28 kg fóliát, havi szinten pedig 840 kg-ot jelentett.

Javaslat és teszt:

A stretch-fóliázó gépen a teszt során nem állítottunk, csak vékonyabb, 15 my-os fóliát használtunk. Azt tapasztaltuk, hogy az oldaltartásból a kevesebb is elég volt, a dobozok nem horpadtak be, a további eredmények pedig önmagukért beszélnek. A Manupackaging MELIT HS 15 my-os fóliával 245 gramm elég volt raklaponként, így a havi felhasználás 735 kg fóliára csökkenhet. Ez 100 kg megtakarítást jelent hónaponként úgy, hogy árban a két termék nem mutat eltérést.

Eredmény:

Felhasználásban 15%-os csökkenést lehetett elérni, évente 1,2 tonna fóliával kevesebb lesz a cég fogyasztása. A költségek is 15%-kal csökkennek a Manupackaging eljárásával.

Amellett, hogy mindhárom kitűzött célt sikerült elérni a Manupackaging javaslataival, egy komplexebb szolgáltatást is nyert a cég, ugyanis mostantól egy helyről tudják beszerezni a ragszalagot, a stretch-fóliát és a takarófóliát is.

Assignment:

Our partner expected the test to be able to package the boxes with less foil and without dents. Before the test, they were wrapped with 17 my, 250% film, 280 grams of which were used per pallet, which, based on 100 pallets per day, meant 28 kg of film per day and 840 kg per month.

Suggestion and test:

We did not adjust the stretch film machine during the test, we only used thinner, 15 my film. We found that less was enough for the side support, the boxes did not dent, and the further results speak for themselves.
With Manupackaging MELIT HS 15 my film, 245 grams was enough per pallet, so the monthly use can be reduced to 735 kg of film. This means a saving of 100 kg per month, with no difference in price between the two products.

Result:

A 15% reduction in usage was achieved, the company will consume 1.2 tons of film less per year. Costs will also be reduced by 15% with the Manupackaging process.

In addition to achieving all three goals set with the Manupackaging recommendations, the company also gained a more complex service, as they can now purchase adhesive tape, stretch film and cover film from one place.
