Techical details

The SH51 shrink wrapping machine uses a high-quality ring generator to shrink the film onto the palletized product using high heat.

  • useable film: heat shrinkable polyethylene, thickness: 80-200 microns
  • roll diameter: maximum 700 mm
  • useable gases: propane, methane
  • gas pressure: 100-350 mbar
  • gas consumption: 0.15 Nm3 (propane)
  • compressed air pressure: 5.5 ÷ 7 bar s
  • compressed air consumption: 40 Nl / cycle
  • voltage: three-phase and neutral: 400 V + N + PE (+/- 10%) – 50 Hz
  • maximum output: 140 packages / hour
